Delivery policy
Finished shopping and looking for the best way to get your goods? You've got two options. Our vendors work with local delivery outfits that deliver your goods right to your doorstep, or if you're nearby, you can pick it up in-store. You'll be able to choose which option best suits you upon checkout.
Below is each vendor's current delivery policy.
Our vendors offer delivery on all orders placed online within the Greater Georgetown Area. Once you proceed to checkout you will be prompted to choose whether or not you would like to have your goods delivered or picked up in-store. Since we are currently officed out of the Automotive Art Retail Complex you will be able to pick up your goods at this location. If you select delivery, there will be a delivery fee added to your order, however, you can also choose to pick up your order in-store at no charge. Whether you choose to have your order delivered or to pick it up, we'll be in touch throughout the whole process, letting you know the status of your order.
*Please note that while you may still be able to checkout and choose delivery for your items outside of the Greater Georgetown Area, an additional fee may be applied to the base delivery fee calculated at checkout. This will be communicated to you upon receiving a phone call for order confirmation, and you may decide to proceed with delivery, switch to pickup or cancel the order.

Monday - Friday:
Orders placed before 3:30 pm Monday to Friday will be processed and delivered to you within the same day.
Any orders placed after 3:30 pm will be processed and delivered the following day. If your order is placed on Friday after 3:30 pm, it will be delivered on Saturday.
Saturday - Sunday:
Orders placed before 1:00 pm on Saturday will be processed and delivered to you within the same day.
Any orders placed after 1:00 pm will be processed and delivered the next business day.
Any order placed on Sunday will automatically be processed the next business day, where it will be made ready for delivery.
Holidays
Any order placed on a holiday will automatically be processed the next business day, where it will be made ready for delivery.
*Please note: While we do try to process all online orders for same-day delivery, there may be instances where this may not be possible. If this is the case we will notify you so that you are aware of the delay and promptly have your order ready to be delivered the following business day. If we are unable to complete the delivery of your goods (i.e. no one was there to receive it), your order will be brought back to our store and you will be notified.
*While we do give guidelines as to when orders will be delivered, we will notify you beforehand so you can be prepared upon their arrival.

In-Store Pickup
While we do not currently have our own physical retail location, you will be able to pick up your orders at the Automotive Art Retail Complex, which is where we are currently officed.
J Tech strives to process in store pickup orders within 30 minutes of the order being confirmed.
Once your order has been marked as "ready for pickup," you will be required to pick up this order within 3 business days. After this period an attempt will be made to contact the customer who placed the order to confirm that pickup will still be made. If no contact is made then the order will be cancelled, and can be remade as long as the items are still available to be purchased.
Monday - Friday:
