Refund policy

When you shop online at JTech Motorsport Solutions you are actually shopping from one of our third-party vendors that fulfill and deliver the order directly to you. So in the event that you may need to return an item from your order, you will need to contact the vendor you purchased this item from. If you would like to view each vendor's return & refund policy before you purchase your items, you can do so here, or by visiting their individual vendor page.

 

Below is each vendor's return & refund policy.


If you are unsure as to which vendor you have purchased your items from on JTech Motorsport Solutions, please refer to your "Order Confirmation" email and you will be able to see the Vendor for the item you purchased beneath it. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

You have seven (7) working days to return an item from the date that you received it. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must not have been used, tampered with, or treated in a manner to cause damage.

If the item received does not operate for its intended purpose, you may be eligible for an exchange of this item within fourteen (14) working days.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, with the packaging still in good-standing condition.

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

A restocking fee may apply to your returned item.

 

Please note: All returns are to be done in-store at the Automotive Art Retail Complex, where we are currently officed.

 

Refunds 

Once we have received your item, it will be inspected and we will immediately notify you as to whether or not your item is eligible for a refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you through your original method of payment.
