How do I shop online at JTech Motorsport Solutions?
 
 
How can I get my Receipt or Invoice from the Vendor?
 

When you complete a transaction on JTech, we will send you a confirmation notification either to your email or phone number (based on whether or not you have chosen to checkout with your email or phone number). If you would like a receipt or Invoice from the vendor that supplied the goods, one can be provided to you either through email or by hard copy accompanying your goods.

How long will my order take to be ready for pickup?
 
 
How long do I have to pick up my order?
 

Once your order has been marked as "ready for pickup," you will be required to pick up this order within 3 business days. After this period an attempt will be made to contact the customer who placed the order to confirm that pickup will still be made. If no contact is made then the order will be cancelled, and can be remade as long as the items are still available to be purchased.

 

Returns

How can I return my order?
 

In the event that you need to return one or more of your items, you will need to reach out to the specific vendor from which the item was purchased. More details can be found on returns and refunds on our "Returns & Refunds" page.
